Ingredients

4 large eggs, beaten1 cup sugar1 cup whole milk1/4 cup butter, melted3 tablespoons all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon each salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice3 cups shredded uncooked sweet potatoes

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, milk and butter. Combine the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice; stir into the egg mixture with sweet potatoes.

Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
