Ingredients

2 large eggs1 cup fat-free milk1/2 cup reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 cups frozen broccoli florets (about 9 ounces), thawed and drained 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Stir in broccoli, chicken, onion and 1/4 cup cheese. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
