Ingredients

3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon grated lemon zest1 tablespoon olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Place cod in an ungreased 11x7-in. baking dish; top with parsley mixture. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake, covered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
