Ingredients

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest3 tablespoons lemon juice1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed4 to 5 drops yellow food coloring, optionalAssorted fresh fruit

Preparation

In a bowl, mix confectioners’ sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended. Stir in whipped topping and, if desired, food coloring. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with fruit.
