Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces2 tablespoons water1 small yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices1 cup halved cherry tomatoes2 tablespoons butter3/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preparation
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and water. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in squash. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 30 seconds longer or until heated through; drain. Gently stir in the butter, lemon-pepper and Italian seasoning.
