Ingredients

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces2 teaspoons olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir beans in oil over medium heat for 10-13 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
