Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)4 teaspoons olive oil4 teaspoons lemon juice1 tablespoon drained capers1 tablespoon Dijon mustard2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon dill weed1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Place each salmon fillet on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 12 in. square). Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over salmon. Fold foil around fish and seal tightly.

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
