Ingredients

2 cups reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt1/4 cup agave nectar or honey2 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons grated lemon zest2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup fresh raspberries1 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Layer half the yogurt mixture into 4 small parfait glasses or custard cups. Top with half the berries. Repeat layers.
