Ingredients

2 cups shredded romaine2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained2 tablespoons chopped red onion2 cups frozen corn, thawed2 English cucumbers, chopped4 medium tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Preparation

In a 4-qt. glass bowl, layer the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, mix salad dressing and cumin seeds; drizzle over salad.
