Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef2 cups diced potatoes1 large onion, chopped3/4 cup chopped green pepper1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) peas, drained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) cut green beans, drained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce2 cups water1 can (14-1/2 ounces) tomato puree1/2 cup ketchup1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
