Ingredients

1 pound ground beef4 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, crushed1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil2-1/2 tablespoons chopped green onion1 tablespoon garlic, mincedBlack pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Form into four balls and flatten into patties. Broil, grill or pan-fry until done.
