Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground allspiceDash salt1 large egg1/2 cup whole milk2 tablespoons butter, melted2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in kiwi and raisins.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
