Ingredients

1/2 pound smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices3/4 cup fresh or frozen snow peas, thawed1/3 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped onion2 teaspoons curry powder2 tablespoons butter1 cup cooked instant rice2/3 cup water2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes

Preparation

In a large skillet, saute the kielbasa, snow peas, green pepper, onion and curry powder in butter until vegetables are tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through.
