Ingredients

1 carton (32 ounces) chicken broth1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach1/2 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved and sliced1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni8 to 10 drops hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Combine the broth, spinach and kielbasa in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add beans and macaroni. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 7-9 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in pepper sauce.
