Ingredients

8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed (6 ounces each)3 tablespoons butter2 to 3 tablespoons Key lime juice or lime juice12 to 16 drops hot pepper sauce1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with lime juice and pepper sauce. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 425° until a thermometer reads 170°-175°, about 30 minutes.
