Ingredients

4 cups chopped fresh kale4 cups torn romaine1 cup Caesar salad croutons1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons Dijon mustard2 teaspoons anchovy paste1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, toss kale, romaine, croutons and cheese. For dressing, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; pour over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
