Ingredients

1 medium jicama, julienned1/3 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon pepper3 tangerines, peeled and sectioned1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro1/2 cup salted peanuts

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in tangerines and cilantro. Chill until serving. Just before serving, stir in peanuts.
