Ingredients
1 package (20 ounces) turkey breast tenderloins1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning1 tablespoon brown sugarSALSA:1-1/2 cups cubed fresh pineapple1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped1/4 cup chopped red onion1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced2 tablespoons lime juice2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Sprinkle tenderloins with seasoned salt. Combine the oil, rosemary, jerk seasoning and brown sugar. Rub over tenderloins. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the salsa ingredients. Serve with turkey.
