Ingredients

1 small zucchini, chopped1 cup cubed provolone cheese (1/2-inch)1 cup cubed hard salami (1/2-inch)1 cup chopped fresh broccoli1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped12 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped12 pitted ripe olives, chopped4 green onions, chopped1/4 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing3 tablespoons hot pepper sandwich relish or chopped pickled hot cherry peppers1 tablespoon prepared Catalina salad dressing6 romaine leaves6 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. To serve, place a romaine leaf on each tortilla; top with filling. Fold up bottom and sides of tortilla, securing with a toothpick, if desired.
