Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, chopped1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon Italian seasoningSalt and pepper to taste1 package (16 ounces) bow tie pasta, cooked and drained1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain.

Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until bubbly.

Increase heat to high; stir in pasta, spinach and cheeses. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
