1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach2 medium pears, thinly sliced2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese2 tablespoons chopped pistachiosDRESSING:3 tablespoons canola oil2 tablespoons orange juice1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon honey1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Divide spinach among four plates; top with pears, oranges, cheese and pistachios.

Whisk the dressing ingredients; drizzle over salads. Serve immediately.
