This recipe is a great base for all kinds of wings. Of course, you can keep it classic with buffalo sauce, a side of blue cheese dressing, and some crunchy veggies. Or, if you wanna switch it up, try the sweet and spicy sauce from our Korean Fried Chicken, or keep it simple with Lemon Pepper Wings seasoning. While store-bought dressing is totally great, we would be remiss if we didn’t suggest you try making your own ranch dressing. The cooling tartness of buttercream + lots of fresh herbs perfectly compliments these wings. Pro tips:  For the crispiest possible wings, pat your chicken completely dry with paper towels before seasoning. Even better, let your wings chill uncovered in the refrigerator for an hour or two before seasoning. A hearty sprinkle of kosher salt ensures the chicken is flavorful from the surface to the bone.  Got a favorite hot sauce? Skip the Frank’s and try it instead! Some hot sauces that lend themselves well to the Buffalo treatment include: Crystal, Texas Pete’s, Cholula, or Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce.
