Ingredients

1 lb. Sugar cookie dough

1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

grenadine

Baileys

amaretto

maraschino cherries

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease mini muffin pan. Form 1 tablespoon balls from sugar cookie dough and roll in sugar to prevent sticking. Fill each muffin hole with 1 tbsp. ball, pressing down and up the sides. Bake tarts until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Use end of wooden spoon to press down on the center, making room for filling.Step 2Allow tarts to cool for 5 minutes, then gently transfer to cooling rack to let cool completely.Step 3Melt semisweet chocolate chips and spoon melted chocolate into each tartlet, evenly coating a thin layer on the bottom and sides. Transfer to refrigerator to set, 20 minutes.Step 4 Fill tartlets with equal parts grenadine, Baileys, and amaretto and garnish with Maraschino cherry.
