Ingredients

6 tablespoons ground coffee (not instant)1 tablespoon grated orange zest1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon6 cups cold waterOptional: Whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and additional orange zest

Preparation

Combine the coffee, orange zest, ginger and cinnamon. Place in a coffee filter and brew with the cold water according to manufacturer’s directions.

Pour into mugs; if desired, garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and orange zest.
