Ingredients

3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast2 cups mayonnaise1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted2 celery ribs, finely chopped2 cups cooked rice1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained1 teaspoon grated onion1 teaspoon lemon juiceTOPPING:2 cups crushed cornflakes1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 40-45 minutes.
