Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened2 cups confectioners’ sugar1 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon rum extractADDITIONAL INGREDIENT (for each serving):3/4 cup boiling water

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the ice cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and extract. Transfer to a freezer container; freeze overnight. Makes 3-1/2 cups mix.

To prepare hot drink: Dissolve 3-4 tablespoons of mix in boiling water; stir well.
