Ingredients
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise2 tablespoons prepared horseradish1/2 cup soft bread crumbs1 green onion, chopped2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 pound turkey breast tenderloinsSAUCE:1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt2 tablespoons fat-free milk1 tablespoon prepared horseradish1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix mayonnaise and horseradish. In a shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with green onion and parsley. Spread tenderloins with mayonnaise mixture; dip in crumb mixture to coat. Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. pan.
Bake until a thermometer reads 165°, 12-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Mix sauce ingredients. Serve with turkey.
