Ingredients
3 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons butter, melted1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1-1/2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans6 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Place pecans in another shallow bowl. Dip fillets in honey mixture, then coat with pecans.
Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
