Ingredients
1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shredded2 medium tart apples, chopped1 medium red onion, chopped1 small sweet orange pepper, chopped1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup green grapes, sliced1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled1/4 cup olive oil2 tablespoons red wine vinegar2 tablespoons honey mustard1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients; pour over salad. Toss to coat.
