Ingredients
1/3 cup honey1/3 cup prepared mustard1/8 teaspoon onion salt1/8 teaspoon pepper8 lamb loin chops (1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)
Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, mustard, onion salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Brush sauce over both sides of lamb. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
