1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots1 tablespoon water2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Place carrots and water in a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over low heat; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Add carrots; cook and stir until glazed, about 1 minute.
