2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

As a general rule, spices stay fresh for about 4 years. (Though they will lose some of their potency as time goes on.) Make sure you’re storing your spices in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight and tightly sealed. Do I have to use all of the spices? Not at all! Though you may not be getting the full punch of autumnal tastes, if you don’t have allspice on hand, that is totally okay. Also a good sub for any of these spices would be mace, or simply add in a 1/4 teaspoon. What other things can I use pumpkin pie spice for?
