Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon pepper2 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)1 tablespoon maple syrup1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Preparation
Combine the first five ingredients; rub over pork chops. Place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake 5 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
