Ingredients

3 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon hoisin sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot2 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 5 ounces each)

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Place pork in a shallow 1-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray; pour sauce over pork.

Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.
