Ingredients

3/4 cup hoisin sauce, divided1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon sesame oil1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot1 garlic cloves, minced2 packages (6 ounces each) ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips16 large fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced2 prebaked 12-inch pizza crusts4 green onions, chopped1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup hoisin, vinegar, oil, gingerroot and garlic. In a large bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms and remaining hoisin; toss to coat.

Place crusts on 2 ungreased 12-in. pizza pans. Spread hoisin mixture over crusts. Top with chicken mixture, onions, water chestnuts and cheese.

Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
