Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, melted2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons minced fresh basil2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme1 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1-1/2 pounds small red, purple and yellow potatoes, halved3/4 cup sour cream2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and chives; serve with potatoes.
