Ingredients
1 can (12 ounces) light tuna in water, drained and flaked2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup minced chives2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon onion powder8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat broiler. Combine the first 7 ingredients. Place 4 slices of toast on an ungreased baking sheet; top with tuna mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 3-4 in. from the heat until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Top with remaining toast.
