Ingredients

1 can (6 ounces) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed1/8 teaspoon garlic salt1/8 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon pepperPinch cayenne pepper2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream3 cups Boston lettuce leaves6 grape tomatoes, sliced Optional: Sliced cucumber and fresh dill

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream; stir into the tuna mixture.

Divide the salad greens between 2 plates. Top with tuna mixture and tomatoes and, if desired, cucumbers and dill.
