Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach2 cups cooked rice2 cups shredded cheddar cheese4 large eggs, beaten2/3 cup whole milk1/4 cup butter, softened1/4 cup chopped onion2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon ground thyme

Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
