Ingredients
2 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 5 ounces each)1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil1/4 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer1 tablespoon lime juice1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender.
