Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage1/4 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon pepper4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
Preparation
In a bowl or shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken on an oiled rack, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°.
