Ingredients

1 egg, beaten1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/3 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)4-1/2 teaspoons butterHONEY BUTTER:2 tablespoons butter, softened2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Place egg in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with bread crumb mixture.

In a small skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear. Meanwhile, combine butter and honey. Serve with chicken.
