Vegetable cooking spray

1 can sweet potatoes

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

tsp. ground ginger

3/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth

2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1Heat the oven to 350°F.Step 2Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray.Step 3Put the potatoes, cinnamon and ginger in an electric mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until almost smooth.
