Ingredients

1 pound ground beef6 garlic cloves, minced1 package (10 ounces) fresh spinach, torn2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroomsSalt and pepper to tasteSalad dressing of your choice

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, beef, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat.
