Ingredients
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed creamy onion soup, undiluted1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1 pound bulk pork sausage1 large onion, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped2 celery ribs, chopped1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a greased 4-qt. baking dish; mix well. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until the rice is tender.
