Ingredients
2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 cup dry bread crumbs2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning2 pounds ground beef1 jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce12 sandwich rolls, splitOptional: Sliced onion, sliced green pepper and additional grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a single layer in a 3-qt. microwave-safe dish.
Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Turn meatballs; cook 3-4 minutes longer or until no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce.
Cover and microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve on rolls. If desired, top with sliced onion, sliced green pepper and additional grated Parmesan.
