Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips2 teaspoons olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup water1 cup half-and-half cream1/3 cup brewed coffee2 envelopes brown gravy mix5 cups uncooked egg noodles1 cup sour cream1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef in oil on all sides; remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute onion until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.

Return beef to the pan; stir in the soup, water, cream, coffee and gravy mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Add the sour cream, paprika and pepper to skillet; heat through. Drain noodles. Serve with beef.
