Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt1 ounce fat-free cream cheese2 teaspoons thinly sliced green onion2 teaspoons finely chopped sweet yellow pepper2 teaspoons finely chopped sweet red pepper2 teaspoons Italian salad dressing mix1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 cup frozen leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed dryRadishes and carrot sticks

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; stir in spinach. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with vegetables.
