Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons baking cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg3/4 cup fat-free milk1/4 cup egg substitute1 tablespoon reduced-fat butter, melted1 cup fresh raspberries1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt Grated chocolate, optional
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Combine the milk, egg substitute and butter; add to dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until the second side is lightly browned. Serve with raspberries, yogurt and, if desired, grated chocolate.
