Ingredients
1 package orange cake mix (regular size)1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix4 large eggs1/2 cup canola oil3/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup vodka1/4 cup Galliano liqueurGLAZE:2-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar4 tablespoons orange juice2 tablespoons butter, melted1/4 teaspoon vanilla extractOptional: Assorted white sprinkles and citrus fruit segments
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
Bake until top springs back when lightly touched, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake. If desired, top with white sprinkles and serve with segmented citrus fruit.
